What to Expect with a Home Inspection
All home inspections are completed according to the interNACHI standards of practice. Our inspections will cover a broad range of components encompassing the exterior and interior of the home. We’ll take photos to use in our thorough report presented to you following the inspection typically within 24 hours. On average, an inspection can take 2-4 hours. Feel free to request a copy of our standards of practice to review a detailed scope of what is and what is not included in a home inspection.
MEET YOUR INSPECTOR
Kevin Payton, CPI has spent the past 17 years as a residential general contracting project manager in Kansas City. His extensive portfolio exceeds over 12 million dollars worth of residential interior and exterior home improvement projects. As a home inspector, Kevin specializes in a complete approach to the home as an entire system. His unique intimate knowledge helps to properly assess all types of challenges a home may present. In his spare time he loves spending time with his wife and daughter, as well as hiking, music, and all sports.
